Orders:
“Most all orders are shipped the
same day, however, it could take up to a
week if an item is out of stock”.
If an item is out of stock, we will notify
the customer prior to processing the order.
In other words, orders with an out of stock
item will not be charged to the customer's
credit card until we are instructed by the
customer on how they would like to proceed
with their purchase.
We want our customers to be totally
satisfied with the products we carry and
with their shopping experience. Please
feel free to let us know how satisfied you
were with our service and if need be, how we
can improve our customer's satisfaction.

Shipping:
If your package is lost or damaged, please

All orders will be shipped via
United Parcel Service (UPS) of your choice.
Tracking numbers will be passed on to the
customers.
Orders destined for overseas APO/AE, etc...
addresses are the only exceptions.
These orders will be shipped via United
States Postal Service (USPS).
Depending on the destination address and/or
the value of the purchased item(s), we
reserve the right to add the appropriate
insurance to these orders. For orders
with insurance applied, the customer will be
contacted for their approval prior to
processing the order.
